Enterprise Activation

Activate a Private, Approved
Workforce Pool for Your Organization

A distinct mode from the standard marketplace. Your organization defines the labor need, identifies an approved worker pool, and makes the final selections — while employment, payment, supervision, safety, and compliance ownership stay explicitly with you.

One Night Brand helps organizations reduce the time between a defined labor need and confirmed, qualified coverage. The workforce model — including employment, payroll, payment processing, insurance, screening, supervision, and tax reporting — is documented before any live activation.

The demo environment uses simulated data. A pilot is a planned engagement, not immediate deployment.

Two distinct product modes

Standard Marketplace and Enterprise Activation are separated by design. Messaging and workflow do not mix.

Standard Marketplace

Standard Marketplace

  • Businesses post public shifts
  • Eligible marketplace workers claim or apply
  • Existing marketplace payment workflow remains available
  • Open broadcast to nearby, eligible workers
Enterprise Activation

Enterprise Activation

  • Organizations activate a private, approved workforce pool
  • Workers communicate availability — they are not auto-assigned
  • The organization makes final selections and confirms assignment
  • Employment, payment, supervision, safety, and compliance ownership remain explicitly assigned

Three approved ways enterprise workers can be paid

The payment model is documented before any live activation. ONB marketplace payment is off by default and is never used to determine worker classification.

Organization payroll

Workers are paid through your organization's own payroll. ONB does not process or touch the payment.

Staffing / EOR partner

Workers are paid through your declared staffing partner or employer-of-record. ONB records the model and a reference only.

ONB marketplace payment

Conditional. Requires org + role/location + pilot approval, classification and legal review owners, and explicit enablement. Off by default.

Boundary: Stripe processes marketplace transactions when that path is enabled — but Stripe never determines worker classification. Employment classification is owned by your organization, not ONB or any payment processor.

How enterprise activation works

01Define the labor need

Your organization documents the role, worksite, shift window, pay basis, physical demands, and eligibility requirements.

02Identify the approved worker pool

Your organization builds a private, consented workforce roster — site and role binding, with documented consent. No open-marketplace broadcast.

03Signal the opportunity

An activation is released to your approved pool only. Workers are invited to respond — they are not auto-assigned.

04Capture current availability

Workers respond Available, Not Available, or Request Clarification within the response window. You see real-time pool responses.

05Confirm qualified workers

Your organization makes the final selection and confirms assignment. Eligibility is checked against your documented requirements. Others join the backup list.

06Measure attendance and operational results

Check-in, completion, and disputes are recorded. Outcomes feed attendance history and the pilot measurement dashboard.

Ownership stays with your organization

One Night Brand does not assume employer-of-record status, payroll, insurance, or screening adjudication for enterprise activations. These responsibilities are documented and assigned to named owners before any activation is released.

Employment

Your organization (or your declared staffing partner) is the employer. ONB does not assume employer-of-record status.

Payment

You document who pays workers. ONB is not the default payor for enterprise activations.

On-site supervision

An named supervisor owns on-site direction. You record this owner before release.

Safety

A named owner is responsible for site safety decisions and safety notes.

Screening decisions

Your organization adjudicates background and eligibility. ONB records evidence only — it does not adjudicate.

Workers' compensation

Coverage ownership is documented by your organization.

How ONB Handles Workforce Data

This describes our data practices for enterprise activations. It is not a certification, security guarantee, or compliance approval.

Permission-based communication

Workers are invited to a specific organization's pool and consent to that organization's communications. They can stop opportunity notifications at any time.

Organization-specific access

A worker's roster membership, eligibility, and attendance history are scoped to the organization. One organization does not see another's private pool.

Private document handling

Identity and screening documents are never displayed on a public worker profile. Document status (pending, accepted, expired, rejected) is shown — not the document itself.

Audit history

Member, roster, eligibility, activation, confirmation, attendance, and dispute events are written to an audit log correlated to your organization.

Worker notification controls

Workers manage which communications they receive and can request corrections to attendance events that affect their history.

Deletion and correction requests

Workers can request account deletion or data correction through their account and privacy settings.

Explore an enterprise pilot

A pilot is a planned, measured engagement. We work with your organization to document ownership, build an approved pool, and measure attendance and operational results — without overstating readiness.

One Night Brand does not claim employer-of-record, insurance, or screening authority without a documented contract.
