One Night Brand is a technology platform that connects businesses with independent workers for short-term, on-demand shifts.

We do not employ workers or operate as a staffing agency.

All workers on the platform are independent contractors.

• Workers are not employees of One Night Brand
• Workers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance
• Nothing in this platform creates an employer-employee relationship

Businesses using the platform agree that:

• They are solely responsible for workplace conditions and safety
• They are engaging independent contractors, not employees
• They are responsible for compliance with all applicable labor laws
• They are responsible for their own workers' compensation and liability insurance

• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• One Night Brand facilitates payments but is not responsible for disputes outside platform functionality
• Platform fees are deducted automatically
• Workers earning over $600/year may receive a 1099-NEC for tax purposes

By using this platform, both workers and businesses agree:

• One Night Brand is not liable for injuries, damages, or disputes that occur during shifts
• All work is performed at the user's own risk
• Businesses assume responsibility for job site safety
• Workers assume responsibility for their participation in shifts

We do not guarantee job availability, worker availability, or the performance of any user.

Users are responsible for accurate information, maintaining their account, and all activity under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove users who no-show shifts, act fraudulently, or misuse the platform.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
